Drawing from his experience window cleaning in Switzerland, Elle developed a deep passion for delivering premium, high-quality work — and with it, a unique window detailing system tailored for clients who value meticulous care, refined results, and a truly elevated service experience. Raised between Florida and Switzerland, Elle grew up traveling the world with his parents, who served as missionaries. That global upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for people, place, and purpose — values that now shape the soul of Gleam.

In January 2025, Elle and his wife Morgan, along with their children Macks and Helly, made the move to Naples, Florida, to be closer to family. After years of living between coasts, they felt a deep pull to plant roots — and with it, a desire to bring their elevated standard of care and craftsmanship to the greater Naples community.

As a family-run business, Morgan plays a vital role behind the scenes — supporting growth, shaping the vision, and ensuring every detail reflects the care and integrity their clients deserve.
